REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Fee Registration fee for the full conference is $325 per person. This fee includes: the Welcome reception and tour of the Ida Saxton McKinley Home with panelists and keynote speaker on Friday evening, May 16th; continental McKinley breakfast; luncheon with keynote and panelists in the Education & Research Center exhibit hall; admittance to morning & afternoon panel sessions, keynote speaker address and book signing.
Registration fee for the morning session only is $150 per person. This fee includes: continental McKinley breakfast and morning panel session in the Education & Research Center. This fee DOES NOT include the luncheon or Welcome reception.
Registration fee for the keynote address & afternoon session only is $165 per person. This fee includes: the keynote address, the afternoon panel session and book signing. This fee DOES NOT include the luncheon or Welcome reception.

By Fax
If you pay with a credit card, you may fax your completed registration form 24 hours a day by dialing: 330-445-2008. You must include your credit card number, 3 digit code number from back of card and expiration date. Send to attention of Martha Regula, Research Library Director.
Online If you pay with a credit card, you can complete the on-line registration form located at: https://secure.firstladies.org/events/.
Payment
Include full payment with your registration. Make checks payable to the National First Ladies’ Library or charge your VISA or MasterCard.
Confirmations
The National First Ladies’ Library will e-mail or mail a registration confirmation to all registered attendees. If you do not receive a confirmation within three weeks, please call: 330.452.0876 ext. 303.
Refunds and Cancellations
Substitutions are welcome at any time. Otherwise, registration cancellations must be made in writing, email or fax and must be dated/postmarked by May 2, 2008. No phone cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after May 2, 2008. Refunds will be processed after the symposium.
Accommodations
The McKinley Grand Hotel, across the street from the National First Ladies’ Library, is offering a special room rate of $73 single/double occupancy, not including 12% tax. Call the hotel directly at 1-330-454-5000 and mention the symposium. Reservations at this rate will be accepted until May 1, 2008.
