The Mary A. Regula Research Room

Honoring our founder, Mary A. Regula, the National First Ladies’ Research and Reading Room opened in the Education and Research Center in September, 2003. The collection housed in the research and reading room represents the only one of its kind in the world. Ever expanding, the collection includes over 6400 books and in addition to a unique and exemplary Audio Visual Collection containing everything from Eleanor Roosevelt's radio broadcasts to DVDs of Hillary Clinton's testimony before the sub committee on health care reform. . These materials reflect the special contributions First Ladies have made to the social and cultural history of our country.

Hours:

Appointments for research are required.   Please call 330-452-0876 ext. 309 to schedule research appointments.  The Library is closed on federal holidays.

All collections in the Library and Archives are open to the public, for non-circulating use only. Unless the condition of the material prohibits it, all print items may be photocopied.
